Body Metrics & Fitness Data: To personalize your workout programs, we collect information you voluntarily provide including body weight, height, body fat percentage, muscle mass, age, fitness goals, experience level, available equipment, and injury/limitation notes.

Workout Data: We collect data about your workout sessions including exercises performed, sets, reps, weights, RPE (Rate of Perceived Exertion), tempo, session duration, and completion status.

Usage Data: We automatically collect information about how you interact with the Service, including device type, operating system, app version, and feature usage patterns.

Payment Information: Payment processing is handled by Stripe, Inc. We do not directly store your credit card numbers or banking information. Please refer to Stripe's privacy policy for details on how they handle payment data.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Create and manage your account
• Generate personalized AI-powered workout programs based on your body metrics and goals
• Track your workout progress and provide performance analytics

3. AI-Generated Content

Endure Fitness uses artificial intelligence (powered by Anthropic's Claude) to generate workout programs, coaching feedback, and motivational messages. Your body metrics and workout data may be processed by our AI engine to create personalized content. This data is used solely for generating your fitness programming and is not used to train AI models.

4. Information Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share your information in the following limited circumstances:

• Personal Trainers: If you connect with a personal trainer through our platform, they will have access to your body metrics, workout history, and program data to provide coaching services.
• Service Providers: We use third-party services including Stripe (payments), Anthropic (AI generation), and cloud hosting providers to operate our Service. These providers only receive information necessary to perform their functions.
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required by law, regulation, or legal process.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS), hashed passwords, and secure server infrastructure. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain your account information and workout data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes (such as fraud prevention).
