Welcome to Endure Fitness. By accessing or using our mobile application and web platform at endurefitapp.com (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent.
To access most features, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Endure Fitness offers Free, Pro, Elite, and Trainer subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel. You may cancel at any time through the Manage Billing portal. Refunds are handled in accordance with Stripe's policies.
Our Service uses artificial intelligence to generate workout programs, coaching messages, and fitness recommendations. While we strive for accuracy and effectiveness, AI-generated content is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting any fitness program, especially if you have injuries or medical conditions.
The Service facilitates connections between users and personal trainers. Trainers using the platform are independent professionals. Endure Fitness is not responsible for the advice, programs, or services provided by individual trainers.
You agree not to: use the Service for any unlawful purpose, share your account credentials, attempt to access another user's account, interfere with the Service's infrastructure, reverse engineer any part of the Service, upload harmful or offensive content, or use the Service to harass others.
All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including text, graphics, logos, icons, software, and the Endure Fitness brand — are owned by Endure Fitness and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of any content you submit. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and process that content to provide and improve the Service.
THE SERVICE PROVIDES FITNESS INFORMATION FOR EDUCATIONAL AND INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. IT IS NOT INTENDED AS MEDICAL ADVICE. ALWAYS CONSULT YOUR PHYSICIAN BEFORE BEGINNING ANY EXERCISE PROGRAM. USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ENDURE FITNESS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any reason at our discretion.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States.
