HOW DO I GET A WORKOUT PROGRAM?
You have four options: auto-generate with AI, choose a celebrity trainer, browse the program library, or build your own custom program from scratch.
HOW DO I START A WORKOUT?
Set a program as active from the Build tab, then head to your Dashboard. Tap Start Workout to begin logging sets, reps, and weight in real-time with a built-in timer.
HOW DO I MANAGE MY SUBSCRIPTION?
Go to your device Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions to view, upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your Endure FitApp subscription.
HOW DO I CHANGE MY PASSWORD?
Open the app, go to More > Manage Account > Change Password. Enter your current password and set a new one.
HOW DO I DELETE MY ACCOUNT?
Open the Endure FitApp mobile app and navigate to MORE → Manage Account, then scroll to the bottom and tap DELETE ACCOUNT. You will receive a confirmation prompt — once confirmed, all user data including workouts, programs, messages, and your account will be permanently deleted. This action cannot be undone. If you are unable to access the app, you may also email support@endurefitapp.com and we will process your deletion within 48 hours.

Endure FitApp requires iOS 15.0 or later. An internet connection is required for all features.
